Remember, your first guide should be your higher power to guide you through the days when you are confused, hurt, or misled. Sometimes people will disappoint you, so rely on the one above.

 

There are also people that you can speak to as well. A family member, friend, teacher, or whom ever you trust. Just make sure that there guidance and advice is truly from their heart.
